Another good way to make a fish stock is cooking pasta.
Sunday to accompany a round of grilled salmon prepared to accompany small macaroni as follows:
Finely chop one small onion, medium red bell pepper, medium green and a clove of garlic. Make all this a sauce to which is added, when it poached, three ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced until they fry.
Add macaroni then remove and cover with the fish stock of our preparation. Let cook until they absorb the liquid making sure to dry add more if too long to be made.
Before serving, sprinkle with a handful of shredded smoked cheese (great San Simón), place the fish on top and garnish with chives or, or chopped raw onions on top.
is convenient to prepare this paste in large skillet or paella.
Good and cheap.
