Demi Glace Vs Better Than Bouillon

Emanuela from Brescia sends me a letter with a detailed list of what it contains and tells me some things for herself. What nice.

blue bottle in a homemade lemoncino Sicilian lemon is riquísimo.Me like the recipe.

A bottle of wine (Cabernet Sauvignon) produced by his father. How nice and what a good pint.

A Sicilian cookbook. I love it because of this region had nothing. Now I need an Italian dictionary and start to cook.

A jar of olive paste spread on bread. This falls mismito today ... or keep it for a special occasion?.

And finally something that I wanted to prove I do not find here: capers in salt. Is a conserved home. Emanuela says they also are Sicilian, and her husband, namely the Aeolian island.
