preventive measures should be established in homes, workplaces, hospitals and communities in general to minimize the consequences of electrical faults, and reclaim the bodies of state the immediate restoration of service without this representing threats like those mentioned above, particularly an appeal to the Ombudsman to exercise their powers to initiate actions leading to the recovery of damages that might arise as stated in our constitution.
